Rayid International Certification Program

Overview

The Rayid International Certification Program makes it possible to ensure that people who are using and teaching Rayid have a thorough grounding in all aspects of Rayid theory and practice. In order to be certified, students must follow the curriculum set by Rayid International. Satisfactorily completing this course of study and the associated examinations demonstrates a sound grasp of Rayid principles.

The Rayid Study Manual is an integral part of the certification program. It includes vital material on therapies, consultation techniques and iris interpretation that is not available anywhere else. Together with "WHAT THE EYE REVEALS", by Denny Johnson, the Study manual provides a comprehensive training in the Rayid Method of Iris Interpretation.

Certification runs for three calendar years (e.g. January 1,1998 to December 31, 00) and requires an annual certification fee of $150. The certification can only be renewed by attending an Advanced Rayid Seminar conducted by Denny Johnson or a certified Rayid Master. This ensures that all practitioners and teachers of Rayid are kept up-to-date with the latest developments in Rayid theory and practice.

Benefits of certification

Certified Rayid Practitioner

Certified Rayid practitioners are qualified to use the Rayid Method of Iris Interpretation as their primary diagnostic technique. They are also authorized to make short presentations (up to two hours in duration) about the Rayid Method. However, CRP's who wish to teach Rayid on an ongoing basis are required to obtain a Rayid International CRPT teaching qualification.

The Initial CRP Certification Procedure

As CRP's are not required to explain the Rayid Model to the general public, the certification is primarily concerned with the practitioner's ability to interpret behavioral traits in the iris.

Certification requirements are as follows:

  1. Work through the Rayid study manual (available as correspondence course).
  2. Attend one Basic and one Advanced Rayid seminar or attend 50 documented hours with a CRPT or a CRM.
  3. Conduct 50 documented consultations (minimum 30 min, maximum 1 hour) noting date, duration, subject's name, address and basic iris structure.
  4. Pay the $350 (nonrefundable) CRP examination and initial certification fee prior to taking the written test.
  5. Pass the written certification test based on iris identification from photos.
  6. Pass the live consultation test. Record two live consultations (minimum 30 min, maximum 1 hour) onto an audiotape. Send to Rayid International for evaluation together with prints or iris slides of the subject's eyes. A high quality verbatim transcript must accompany taped consultations in a language other than English.
  7. Final interview/test with Denny Johnson or a CRM. This will include questions based on the book "What the eye reveals" and a personal evaluation by Denny Johnson or a CRM. This may be conducted over the telephone or in person at an advanced seminar.

Certification is initially valid for two to three years, depending on the time of year when certification was accomplished, and if the annual certification fee of $150 has been paid.

Maintaining CRP Certification

Only by attending an Advanced Rayid seminar can CRP certification be renewed.

Certified Rayid Practitioner/Teacher

A Certified Rayid Practitioner/Teacher is qualified to teach ongoing classes and to conduct Rayid Intensives. Before taking a CRPT test, aspiring practitioners/teachers must first demonstrate their ability to carry out iris interpretations by passing the CRP examination.

A Certified Rayid Practitioner/Teacher is exclusively authorized to use the Rayid study manual in their classes and to follow the curriculum offered by Rayid International. In order to ensure consistency in the material presented to future Rayid students, CRPT's are required to use the new edition of "WHAT THE EYE REVEALS" and the Rayid Study Manual as part of any program leading up to certification by Rayid International. This is not necessary for students who will not be using the Rayid Method professionally. CRPT's will be provided with special teaching copies of the manual at a subsidized rate, as well as teaching notes with the correct answers to the questions in the manual. This is one way in which Rayid International supports its teachers in the field. CRPT's are authorized to certify Rayid Practitioners. Half of the initial certification fee then goes to the CRPT and the other half to Rayid International.

The Initial CRPT Procedure

Certified Rayid Practitioners/Teachers are required to have a solid understanding of the theory behind the Rayid method. The certification procedure concentrates on Rayid theory, and the ability to communicate the Rayid method to an audience.

Certification requirements are as follows:

  1. Pass the CRP examination. Candidates who attained CRP status without attending a seminar must attend an Advanced Rayid seminar before taking the CRPT test.
  2. Pay the $450 (nonrefundable) CRPT examination and initial certification fee prior to taking the written test.
  3. Pass the written CRPT test.
  4. Demonstrate an ability to communicate Rayid information to an audience. Video tape a one-hour presentation on any Rayid theme. An overview of Rayid is not acceptable. The presentation can be to a group of people thou it is not a requirement. Videos must be VHS and not edited at all. Videos recorded in any format other than the North American NTSC format must be accompanied by a $30 fee for transfer costs. A high-quality verbatim transcript must accompany presentations in a language other than English.
  5. Final interview/test with Denny Johnson or his designate. This may be conducted in person at an advanced seminar or over the telephone.

Certification is initially valid for two to three years, depending on the time of year when certification was accomplished, and if the annual certification fee of $150 has been paid

Maintaining CRPT Certification

Only by attending an Advanced Rayid seminar can CRPT certification be renewed.

Certified Rayid Master

Within the sphere of Rayid activities worldwide, a Certified Rayid Master has the status of an ambassador. A Certified Rayid Master is authorized to teach Advanced Rayid Seminars and to certify Rayid Practitioners. Half of the initial certification fee then goes to the CRM and the other half to Rayid International.

CRM's must be fully committed to the development and dissemination of Rayid at the highest level of integrity. A CRM must be familiar with the latest Rayid information, must currently be engaged in furthering the technique, and must demonstrate their superior knowledge of, and commitment to, the Rayid Method over several years.

CRM's are individuals who Denny Johnson personally feels confident in entrusting with the development of the Rayid Method within their specific locale or sphere of interest. The award of CRM is thus a recognition status already achieved within the Rayid movement. It is an honorary position. There are no course requirements, and no fee will be charged for certification.
